HOUSE RULES
- Absolutely No smoking or vaping. $1000 fee will be charged to clean and fumigate.
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- NOTE: 3 complimentary guest passes to the community center amenities are included in the rental. Additional guest passes can be purchased for a $5-20 per day, per person fee, paid for upon arrival. Inquire at the front desk for rates. Passes must remain in the protective holder and attached to the lanyard. Please hang guest passes on hook by the door. Replacement cost is $170 per pass.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located over the front entrance, facing outward toward the driveway and one focused on the backyard shed. They do not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
