House Rules
HOUSE RULES
- Absolutely No smoking or vaping. $1000 fee will be charged to clean and fumigate.
- No pets allowed. If it is discovered that a pet has entered the property, you will be evicted with no refund.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings. Strict town noise ordinance between 10 pm and 7 am. Large fines may be issued by local PD for violations. If the property loses it's short term rental permit, caused by guest, the guest will be responsible for all losses incurred.
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
-Hot tub use is at your own risk. Children under 8 are not permitted in hot tub for safety reason. All children must be supervised in hot tub. Excessive cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if the tub requires draining and cleaning due to guest causes. Please ensure feet are clean before entering tub.
-Use of bicycles are at your own risk. Please bring your own helmet if needed.
